Every package includes pre-production planning, professional filming with a minimum of two cameras, lighting and audio equipment, full editing and post-production, at least one round of revisions, music licensing, and delivery files formatted for web, social media, or presentations. Yes. If our standard packages don’t fit your project, we’ll build a custom proposal. Common custom requests include multi-location filming, ongoing content partnerships, video series, or projects needing specialist equipment. We provide fixed-price quotes with clear deliverables.

We have professional Canon equipment including C70 cinema cameras, an experienced team, but we’re building our video portfolio. Founding clients get substantial discounts in return for portfolio use and a short testimonial.

We film with professional Canon equipment including two Canon C70 cinema cameras, which are approved for Netflix productions. Two-camera coverage is standard on all our packages, giving you professional multi-angle results that single-camera operators can’t match.

All our shoots use a minimum of two cameras allowing us to capture multiple angles simultaneously, creating more dynamic, professional-looking videos. In interviews, we can show the subject from different perspectives. At events, we don’t miss key moments while repositioning. Many competitors charge extra for multi-camera coverage, whereas we include it as standard.

Yes. Professional lighting and audio equipment is included in all packages. Proper lighting makes contributors look professional, and good audio is essential (poor sound quality ruins even the best-looking video). We use professional microphones and monitor audio throughout filming.

Typical timeline: we’ll respond to your enquiry within one working day, filming is usually scheduled within 3 weeks, first edit delivered 7-10 days after filming, and final version ready within 3-5 days of receiving your feedback. Rush delivery is available if you need it faster.

We’ll have a planning discussion (15-30 minutes) to understand your goals, agree on messaging, identify contributors or locations, and create a shot list. For corporate interviews, we’ll brief participants on what to expect. For events, we’ll review the schedule and confirm key moments to capture.

Not necessarily. For interviews, we can help develop questions that get natural, useful responses. For promotional films, we can work from bullet points about what you want to communicate. If you prefer to provide a full script, we have a teleprompter available so contributors can deliver scripted content naturally.

Yes. Travel within Staffordshire and Cheshire is included in all packages. Additional locations outside this area are charged at £0.45 (ex. VAT) per mile. Multi-location filming may require a custom quote depending on travel time and logistics.

We cover all of Cheshire including Chester, Warrington, Crewe, Macclesfield, Congleton, Wilmslow, Nantwich, Northwich, Knutsford, Sandbach, Middlewich, Alsager, and surrounding areas. Travel throughout Cheshire is included.

Yes. Projects outside our core area are charged at £0.45 (ex. VAT) per mile beyond the Staffordshire/Cheshire boundary. For significant travel, we’ll provide a custom quote that accounts for travel time and accommodation if needed.
